The range shown at the end of the form is an estimate, produced automatically from the answers you give. It is not an offer to buy your vehicle and does not bind us. A firm offer is made by a person, in writing, after we have reviewed your enquiry.
Where we make a firm offer we state how long it is open. An offer is conditional on the vehicle matching what you told us. If the inspection at collection finds the vehicle materially differs from your answers, we may revise or withdraw the offer, and you are free to decline.
We do not buy vehicles with a lien we cannot verify, vehicles written off and not properly rebuilt with documentation, or any vehicle we have reason to believe is stolen.
