Sell your car · Free collection
One number, in writing, locked for seven days. We collect the car for free and the money is sent before we drive away.
No personal data pulled. We use the plate or VIN only to identify the vehicle, never your name.
Plenty of people do. Here is what the afternoon looks like either way.

Selling your car?
Four short screens. We don’t ask for your phone number until after you’ve seen a number.
Your plate is the fastest way. We’ll show you what we found before you go any further. Demo plates: CV8 41J, RT2 09K, CL5 63B. Demo VINs: 2HGFC2F54JH500001 (Civic), 2T3W1RFV2LW000001 (RAV4), 3VWDB7AJ1JM000001 (Jetta, manual). Any other 17-character VIN is decoded live once an API key is set.
Five quick answers. Only the odometer changes your price at this stage.
No problem. We settle the balance directly with your lender and send you the difference.
Be straight with us. The inspection finds it anyway, and an honest answer now means the number doesn’t move on pickup day. Tick everything that applies.
Last set of questions. These affect what we can offer and how quickly we can collect.
Including the set currently on the car.
Your range appears on the next screen. We need this to send the firm offer and book the pickup.
Estimated range for your
This is an estimate, not the final number. Someone here reviews your car and sends a firm offer within 24 hours, good for seven days. It only moves if the car differs from what you told us.
We can’t price this one automatically
A car in this condition needs a person to look at it. We’ve saved your details and someone will call you within one business day with a number. Plenty of the cars we buy come in this way.
None of this is needed to get a range. It is what the driver will ask for on collection day.
The current registration document in the seller's name, plus photo ID that matches it.
Including the spare. A missing second key is the most common reason a number moves on the day.
Who holds the loan or lease and the account number. We contact them directly to get the payout figure.
Stamped book, invoices, or nothing at all. It will not lower your offer, but a full history can raise it.
Agreeing a number does not mean handing the keys over that afternoon. You pick the collection window, carry on driving until then, and the flatbed comes when it suits you. If the date moves, so do we.

Answered plainly, because you will ask them anyway.
No, and it is one of the most common cars we buy. We contact your lender, settle the outstanding balance directly, and send you whatever is left over. If you owe more than the car is worth you can pay us the difference and we will still take it away.
We can only buy from the registered owner or someone with written authority to sell on their behalf. If the car belongs to a business, an estate, or a co-owner, tell us at step two and we will send the exact paperwork you need before pickup, so nobody wastes a trip.
Not for us. Out-of-province vehicles need a provincial safety inspection before they can be resold in British Columbia, and that is our cost to carry, not yours. It is already accounted for in the number we quote you.
We do not buy vehicles with an active lien we cannot verify, cars that have been written off and not properly rebuilt with documentation, or anything we suspect is stolen. Everything else, including non-runners and cars with accident history, we will make an offer on.
Only if the car is not what you told us it was. The inspection checks the same 172 points every time against your answers. If it matches, the number you agreed is the number you get paid, and you get paid before we drive away.
